Cross Creek Village HOA - Learn the Truth. Share Ideas!: ADRIAN J ADAMS, ESQ - HE DID IT AGAIN

The CCV Alliance was informed about yet another major HOA lawsuit being filed against SPECIFIC BOARD MEMBERS in the prestigious 136 unit Malibu Bay Club (Case#Case Number: 56-2010-00374836-CU-MC-VTA Case Title: Gelberd et al., v. Sandbach et al.)

The complaint alleges that Board President and certain disloyal Board Members "Control Group" hired Adams Kessler, PLC to advice them how to hide everything in "executive sessions" and more. The Board Members overpaid Adrian J Adams, Esq and hired family members and friends contractors in an alleged attempt to self-benefit from self-dealing. [ Similar story happened at Cross Creek Village]. Our old friend , ruthless harasser Adrian J Adams, Esq, is mentioned in the Complaint but was not sued (yet) directly, pending discovery in the above entitled case. This is the same Adrian J Adams, Esq who got kicked out of Cross Cross Creek Village for engineering election fraud and harassing homeowners and certain Board Members. As it appears, Adrian J Adams, Esq is on the radar of several diligent attorneys willing to go all the way to put him on the Fast Track for disbarment. Speaking about disbarment of unethical lawyers, the CCV Alliance was recently informed abut another overdue referral being filed with California BAR Chief Trial Counsel. Referral was made due to his alleged misconduct at Cross Creek Village HOA by a Santa Clarita attorney Raymond Szu - click on the picture to the right to enlarge! David McGrath hired this avid poker player and lawyer to torment and harass specific homeowners tso o please David and his next door neighbour Jen Meldola because they dislike certain national backgrounds and religion and because this homeowners asked why is David McGrath receiving HOA money?

The investigation is pending and we hope to see the alleged abusers of HOA position properly reprimanded.

The CCV ALLIANCE unites a group of concerned homeowners who ask for improvement in HOA business transparency, management and access to HOA General Ledger, Paid Checks and other Accounting Records. The more transparent the HOA is, and the fewer secrets they hold, the better off our members will be.

During the past three years our HOA's financial position was ruined by reckless management of Nina Peltonaa, Sandra Kraden, Madeleine Short, Patricia "Pat" Smith, and Neda Firouz. Unfortunately the situation is now getting even worst under dictatorial “heavy-handed management" by DAVID McGRATH, JAN MELDOLA and BRIAN MARTIN. The three conspired to rig the Election so they can retain access to homeowners money. But this is not all.

For example, to conceal David A. McGrath alleged sexual harassment of Hispanic Women employed by DMS Janitorial, INC, which was reported to CCV HOA management, David A. McGrath and his two followers chose to fire qualified manager Mark Montgomery and all English Speaking Employees.

After getting elected using false biography, and false promises of "TRANSPARENCY", David A. McGrath and his loyal accomplice, Jan Meldola and Brian Martin, took HOA on a dangerous and very costly slippery slope of lawlessness, abuse of power, harassment of residents they don’t like, defamation that exposes HOA to liability, check writing by hand, and record hiding from Members - to just name few most common incidents.

We are deeply appalled by the fact that in direct violation of our Bylaws David McGrath, Brian Martin and Jen Meldola now run the three member board, which must STOP even if offended Members need to file a lawsuit to remove abusers from the power.

THE CCV ALLIANCE thanks ALL homeowners for supporting our demands for increase in HOA’s business transparency, Board's accountability and skillful management that prohibits overpayment of any vendor for the purpose of collecting “kickbacks” under the table – which David McGrath admitted it is all he wants form the Board Position before he can move out of complex. His stated objective is to dump his upside down mortgage when his girlfriend Margaret Santoro finish her Nursing Courses. For this purpose he brought in all his wendors to charge us way more then we should be paying.
